January Member of the Month: Orangenius
Orange was selected as January’s Member of the Month for several reasons. Orange has been an active member of the raid team since the guild was formed in 2006. His raiding with the guild dates back to MC. He has been a consistent raider since then – he has never taken a break and has never missed a scheduled raid. In addition to his dedication as a raider, he is also our Druid Class Rep and Recruitment Officer. Thanks to his dedication and hard work, we have found and retained an amazing guild of players. And finally, he is one of the most selfless people we’ve met. He consistently puts the needs of others before his own, is willing to help out with Heroics, farm content raids, PvP…whatever guildmates need.

Orange is a great raider, Class Rep, Officer, and friend. Eden is extremely fortunate to have him in our ranks.

What the Member of the Month?
The Eden Member of the Month award is a way for us to recognize a member of Eden who exemplifies what it means to be part of our community.

How is the Member of the Month selected?
Each month all veteran members are reviewed by the Guild Leaders. Members who have gone above and beyond what’s expected of a member and have made a significant impact on the success of the guild are rewarded.

What does the Member of the Month receive?
1. A front page post that spotlights the member
2. A Mekgineer’s Chopper!!

Third attempt, Second week, First night on boss, Zero Deaths.

Trying to select a Member of the Month for December was extremely difficult. There are a lot of deserving people…how do you select just one? Since December is about charity and giving, we decided not to limit ourselves to one Member of the Month and instead are honoring three:

Faefnir, Remedie & Ryeth

Faefnir
Faefnir joined Eden in September 2008. Since that time, he has become one of our best raid leaders. He does an excellent job of streamlining strategies, managing schedules, posting rosters, providing feedback, leading raids on multiple characters, and helping out the guild in any way he can. His role in Eden is demanding, but he always manages to do it flawlessly, and with a sense of humor. Oh and he’s a robot.

Remedie
Remedie joined Eden in September 2008 and has established himself as an excellent raid leader and healing leader. He is always willing to impart his knowledge, whether it’s in game, in vent or on the forums. Remedie is the first to offer assistance to anyone in the guild and is the last to expect something in return. His generosity and kindness are hallmark traits. Rawr!

Ryeth
Ryeth’s a douche. Okay, not really. Ryeth has been with Eden since June 2007 and we have endured him…err…been lucky enough to have him in our ranks as a Class Rep, PvP Officer, Member Relations Officer, and AH mastermind. He’s been our Bear Tank, DK Tank, and is a great friend to anyone he meets. His relentless dedication to Eden is an example to everyone in the guild. Here’s hoping you get two chicks in your stocking, Ryebear.
